I started working at CCHA as a repairs supervisor
How long have you been working at CCHA?
I’ve been working for CCHA directly for three years but on the CCHA contract for 10 years.
What training have you done so far?
I’ve done quite a bit of training through CCHA, the biggest being HHSRS, SMSTS, HNC Building Surveying, and drone training.
What job changes have you made since you started working at CCHA?
I have moved from a repair’s supervisor to a building surveyor
What’s the best bit about your job?
I enjoy all aspects of my job role, and especially making improvements to our tenant homes, making it a better place for them to live and be proud of.
